How to choose the good solar cream?
It’s important to choose your sunscreen well. So here are some tips to help you better choose your sunscreen.
First, the sun emits UVA, UVB and UVC rays. It’s UVA and UVB that are dangerous to us, so we have to protect ourselves from them all the time. These rays are responsible for sunburn and certain types of skin cancer. UVC rays they are already filtered before getting to us so are not harmful.
When it is time for you to choose your sunscreen, it will be important to look at these points;
- Choose a sun protection factor ‘SPF’ from 30 to 60. The higher the SPF, the more it will protect you.
- Make sure the product is effective against UVA and UVB rays.
- Look for Mexoryl and Tinosorb in the list of ingredients. These are two patented filters known to be effective against UVA rays.
- Ideally water resistant, this will give you better protection during your days at the beach but also during your physical activities.
It is strongly suggested to put cream every 2 hours and after each of your baths.
