Here are the measures which are put in place to comply with the public health instructions and ensure your safety and the safety of our employees.

A reservation is required only for treatments. You can reserve a time slot for a treatment by phone at 819-843-5200 or toll free at 1-866-414-5200. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, are waiting for the results of a COVID-19 test or have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, we reserve the right to refuse you the entry so we can prevent the spread of COVID-19. We ask that you reschedule your visit at a later time.

You can make a change or cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you begin to experience COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, please contact us as soon as possible at 819-843-5200.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time.
  • Hand washing is mandatory upon arrival on site as well as before and after your massage. Disinfection stations and sinks and soap are at your disposal.
  • We ask that you pay your invoice upon your arrival. Please prioritize a payment by a debit card, credit card or with a gift card.
  • Massage therapists wash their hands before and after each treatment.
  • Treatment rooms are also disinfected after each treatment.
