At this time, no drugs or other products have been approved by Health Canada to boost people’s immune system. However, some products that can be found in pharmacies have shown positive results in clinical studies.                                                                                                                                                                                       For example:

– Echinacea;

– Ginseng;

– Spirulina;

– Zinc;

– Vitamin C;

– Trace elements;

– Omega-3;

– Probiotics.

– Garlic

Given the sometimes contradictory or simply insufficient studies, it’s difficult to draw a definitive conclusion. However, it should be noted that these products are considered to be generally well tolerated and safe in addition to having health benefits.
